Activating your Account
Click on "My Accounts" in the top right hand corner of this site. A second window will open, telling you that you are in our secure, encrypted on-line banking program.
Create your online account by clicking "Register Now." Enter YES that you are an FCS customer.
- Create your username and password (write them down in a safe location). Password requirements to keep in mind:
- Must be 8-20 characters;
- Must contain at least 2 numeric characters
- Passwords are case sensitive
- Enter your customer number (CIF) from your statement of accounts and your Social Security Number for individuals or Employer Identification Number for business entities.
- Answer a few simple profile questions.
You're all set! New users, click on the on-line banking link on your registration created page. Returning users can log-in with your new username and password, and your Summary of Accounts will open.
Helpful hints and things to remember when setting up or accessing your accounts
- Have your customer number available when you sign-up.
- Know your Social Security Number or if you are a business, your Employer Identification Number.
- When in "My Accounts" you can get more information on an item by placing your cursor over column headings or highlighted text.
- The effective date for transactions entered before 3 pm CST is the next business day. Transactions entered after 3 pm CST will be available in two business days.
