Trainee Positions

We are looking for people who can relate to our customers.  If you have an agriculture background and/or have received a bachelor's in agriculture, agribusiness or a related field, we'd like to talk to you.  You also must be willing to relocate within a one-state area, though we try to place you near your preferred location.

When you join the Farm Credit Team, our guided, in-depth training program will allow you 12 - 18 months to learn about our company and your role in it before being assigned a territory, goals and/or authority.  Our program includes:

• Cross-training with other functions
• Camaraderie with other trainees

As a trainee, your training location might be different than the office to which you will eventually be assigned.
