Heritage Farm Application

To be eligible for Farm Credit Services of Mid-America's Heritage Farm Designation, you must be a current member of the association and you must have been a member of the Farm Credit System for at least 50 consecutive years (or you and your parents and/or grandparents must have been members of the Farm Credit System dating back 50 years so the family has 50 consecutive years of FCS membership).

If you believe you are eligible for this designation, please complete the attached application and provide it to your local office.  Applications must be received by March 31 of the year in which the application is submitted.
