
Heritage Farm Program
Sponsored by Farm Credit Services of Mid-America, the program recognizes and honors farm families who have supported the Farm Credit System for over a half a century.
Eligibility
In order to become a member of the Heritage Farm Program, you must
- be a current member of Farm Credit Services of Mid-America and
- have been a member of the Farm Credit System for at least 50 consecutive years or your parents or grandparents must have been members dating back 50 years so the family has 50 consecutive years of FCS membership.
Application
To be considered for the Heritage Farm Program, here are the guidelines:
- Complete the attached application and submit it to FCS before March 31 in the year in which you are submitting your application.
- FCS will verify and sign the application for consideration in the Heritage Farms Program.
- You will receive written notification of approval of your Heritage Farm designation within one month of the date in which your application was received.
Awards
Heritage Farm members will
- receive a certificate from Farm Credit Services of Mid-America.
- receive a plaque which is suitable for posting or displaying on your family’s farm.
- be recognized during FCS’s Customer Appreciation Events held each summer.
- have pictures made of the ceremony and sent to their local newspapers. We may also used pictures in FCS’s corporate communications and website.
Deadline
Applications must be mailed by March 31 in the year in which you are submitting your application. You may email your application to rbarbee@e-farmcredit.com, or mail your completed application to:
