Eligibility - Home Financing

We offer country home financing to full-time farmers, part-time farmers and non-farmers. You don't have to have farm income or farm assets to participate. If the property you desire to finance (a home or homesite) is located in a rural area, you are eligible. If you have no farm income, the property  must be in open country, or within a city or town of 2,500 or less within Indiana, Kentucky, Ohio or Tennessee. 

Home financing programs are available to farmers, regardless of where the home is located.  This includes personal residences, vacation and rental homes.
