AgriBusiness Financing

The AgriBusiness Group at Farm Credit Services is involved with a broad cross section of companies involved in the food, fiber and horticultural industries.They finance the entire range of business needs for several companies that produce, process and distribute agricultural products or own agricultural assets such as:

  • Companies involved in the production of grains and oilseeds, cotton, vegetables, tobacco, nuts, grapes, citrus and other fruits
  • Timber and paper companies
  • Companies that own and/or process poultry, pork, beef and fish
  • Wineries, breweries and distilleries
  • Businesses involved in the production of trees, shrubs, sod or flowers
  • Dairy processing and dairy product manufacturing (cheese, ice cream, yogurt, etc.) companies
  • Corn and soybean processing companies that produce food products or ingredients such as oils, starches, etc.
  • Cotton ginning and warehousing companies
  • Fruit and vegetable packing or processing companies
  • Tobacco warehousing and marketing companies

Our AgriBusiness Group also establishes and develops relationships with banks, commercial finance companies, insurance companies, Farm Credit System entities and other agricultural and rural loan and lease originators across the U.S.
