Art Timberlake - Mauckport, Indiana

Art Timberlake is the owner and president of the Pilot Wheel Ranch, a 216-acre farm where he raises registered Polled Hereford cattle, brood cows, corn, soybeans and hay.  He lives in Mauckport, Indiana and has a grown daughter, Alice, who is also a partner in the farming operation.

As a national director, he represented over 4,000 breeders on the American Polled Hereford Association in the 1970s.  He is currently a member of the American and Kentucky Hereford Associations and serves as director on the Indiana Hereford Association.  Additionally, he is a member of the Mauckport United Methodist Church. Timberlake graduated Mauckport High School and the Graham Veterinary School in Garnett, Kansas.  He served in the United States Army from 1953 to 1955.

Timberlake has served on the FCS board since 1996.  While on the board, he has served on the audit committee.  He is a former member of FCS Tellers Committee and the Scottsburg FCS advisory committee.
