Account Access Help

How do I sign up for online account access?

As a customer of Farm Credit, you automatically have access to your online account.  If you would like to also have transactional capabilities - such as making your payment online or transferring balances from one account to another - simply complete our PAID form.  Once received, we will have you set up for transaction capabilities within one business day.

How current is my information online?

Information online is updated every day at 3 p.m. eastern. If you request an online transaction after 3 p.m. eastern, then the transaction will appear the following business day.

How do I establish my user name and password?

User names can be up to 20 alphanumeric characters and are case sensitive (for example: JohnDoe29, JOHNDOE29 or johndoe29) and must not have any embedded spaces.  Passwords must contain at least 8 characters and no more than 20 characters, are case sensitive and must not contain embedded spaces.  For security purposes, your password must include one alphabetic character and 2 numeric characters (for example: Farm6894, FARM6894 or farm6894).  Remember your user name and password for future sessions.

How can I be sure my information is safe?

Please visit our privacy and security pages to learn more about the safeguards that have been put into place to protect your information.  One quick way to identify a secure site is to look at the URL identifying the page. A secure site will always begin with "https://" versus the normal "http://".

What if I forget my user name or password?

If you forget your user name or password, please contact your local office at 1-800-444-3276.  They can have your log in reset.  You can also email us at louisvilleky@e-farmcredit.com or call 1-800-243-4378 Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. eastern.  Be sure to include your name and phone number so we can respond to you.  It can take up to one business day to have your user name and/or password reset.
