Country Home Rates

Enter a loan amount and select a product type to display interest rates with and without payment conditions (note: rate saver products have some prepayment conditions). Rates are shown with 0, 1 and 2 points.  By selecting a point option, you will also receive a monthly payment. Convertible rate products are shown with 30 year terms. Shorter terms are available.  Adjusting the term (or length) of the loan does not change the rate, but it will effect the payment.  Your local FCS office can help you with payment amounts should you wish to adjust the term of the loan.

Rates change daily and are uploaded every evening at 7 p.m. eastern. Rates are based on loans meeting underwriting standards. Exceptions may require 0.25% added to the rate. All loans and rates are subject to qualifying conditions. Exact terms of a loan are subject to credit qualifying conditions and the nature of the collateral itself. Quotes on payments reflect principal and interest only, and are calculated based on the stated loan amount. They do not reflect fees or insurance that may be part of the loan. FCS does not require tax payments and property insurance escrows. The property owner is responsible for property tax and property casualty insurance. Construction loans are an additional .05%; vacation, rental and lot loans are an additional .25%; and manufactured home loans are an additional .50%.
