Farm Credit Services of Mid-America requests information annually from members who have more than $500,000 borrowed from the association or an operating loan greater than $250,000. To speed the process, you can input the information on the excel spreadsheet linked below. For security purposes, please do not email the spreadsheet. Rather, save the information to your hard drive, then disk or CD the spreadsheet and deliver it to your financial services officer.
