As concern about the spread of the COVID-19 virus grows, Farm Credit Mid-America continues to monitor the situation and evaluate measures to protect customers and their families, as well as team members and the communities where we all live and work. Supporting and serving customers remains our top priority, especially during these challenging times.
As a financial services institution, Farm Credit Mid-America is exempt from these stay-at-home directives. We remain open and available to assist customers with critical issues in our retail offices.
Farm Credit Mid-America will continue to follow the social distancing guidelines and regulations that keep our customers and team members safe and healthy. In-person visits to offices will continue by appointment only, and should be used to address critical needs that cannot be handled online or over the phone.
